Co-founded the Alpha Group of Companies heading up the Sales and Marketing departments. I managed over 15 employees in marketing, web development and call centre, to achieve monthly targets and budgets. As well as managing the day-to-day operations in Head Office. I created and executed marketing strategies that were in line with the business goals. We achieved the targets through digital and traditional media as well as effective relationship management. I ensured that the brand was always uniform and well respected in our industry. Within the call centre, I put in place KPIs to ensure the company would meet and exceed monthly targets. We did this through incentives, team-building exercises and by creating a positive goal driven environment. In the IT department, I ensured that a team of three met the set web development deadlines. I ensured these deadlines were always met through successful project management. I would lead brainstorming sessions on ways to improve our websites’ user experience to increase online sales and leads.
