As Strategic Operations Director at NOVA Technologies I drive NOVA's mission to support the Warfighter by creating, implementing, and managing strategic business operation initiatives across all business units. I work with all business Units at all levels, consulting on and recommending organizational systems to maintain, drive, and improve strategic operational projects and management processes.As a part of the Senior Management team, I encourage and facilitate leadership teamwork to create the vision and strategic action plan to ensure the company's ever evolving preparedness and successful operations. I manage the building of systems and solutions that improve strategic processes as well as managing the associated budgets to ensure that strategic business operations also run smoothly. Jacquelyn is honored to serve on the Board of My Life My Choice. MLMC is a non profit which helps to prevent and protect children from sexual exploitation in the Greater Boston area and across the country. She has been involved and on the annual Gala Committee for 5 years but recently joined the Board to help further.

Jacquelyn Redmond is an Adjunct Professor at New England School of Law. She is teaching Contract Drafting, a practical skills course meant to teach law students how to incorporate business terms into legal contracts. Jacquelyn's class focuses on real estate contracts although the contract drafting skills are generally applicable and useful across all fields and focuses.

As an Associate at Dhar Law, LLP Jacquelyn focused her practice on Real Estate, Domestic Relations, and Wills, Trusts, and Estate Law. In her Real Estate practice she enjoyed representing buyers, sellers,and lenders advocating and protecting their rights throughout the process of purchasing or refinancing a property. In Jacquelyn's Domestic Relations practice she enjoyed advocating for husbands, wives, mothers, and fathers whether it is a divorce, petition for modification of child support and/or visitation, or adoption proceedings. She also enjoyed helping her clients protect their family and loved ones by working with them to create a will and/or trust to achieve their goals.

Authorized to appear in court with attorney supervision. Represented clients in weekly dependency court docket. Representing clients at trial in dependency and termination of parental rights matters. Wrote motions, orders, pleadings, and petitions. Argued various motions in dependency court. Lead meetings with caseworkers and protective investigators to formulate and discuss litigation strategy. Interviewed witnesses and prepared them for trial.

Areas of law practiced at the Public Interest Law Center include special education, dependency, disability, social security, Medicaid, and health care access. I worked minimum of 20 hours per week. Participated in all above areas of law. Organized and managed five dependency client case files. Interviewed clients, witnesses, and other case related individuals and professionals. Created documents and drafted pleadings. Participated in negotiations. Conducted direct examinations, cross-examinations. Participated in administrative and court hearings. Utilized PIKA for recording client case file information.
