Built teacher capacity and improved student achievement:- Collaborated with school-based leadership teams to identify curriculum and instruction needs, designed instructor surveys to validate assessment and observation data, and transformed information into meaningful curriculum projects- Ensured high-quality implementation and alignment of all instructional materials online and in classrooms through co-planning (utilizing backward design to define standards-based learning objectives, develop formative and summative assessments, select texts, and develop daily lessons), modeling, and conducting performance observations- Consulted with Pinellas County School’s English Language Arts instructional staff developers to design face-to-face, online, and blended courses with a focus on equity and acceleration of learning- Successfully adapted an innovative housing system to support Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, gender initiatives, and promote inclusion (2018); designed and implemented trainings to expand house systems to seven additional elementary schools throughout the county- Technological skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Captivate, Canvas LMS

Managed Relay For Life events including the highest grossing Relay in the Suncoast Area:• Recruited and trained committees of 30+ volunteers per relay in various areas including but not limited to: fundraising, sponsorship, online development, publicity, advocacy, activities & entertainment• Grew Northeast St. Pete Relay into the #2 position in the state of Florida for online fundraising (2008)More than doubled team participation and income for Relay For Life of Eckerd College (2008-2009)• Fostered a partnership between Relay For Life of St. Petersburg College and BayCare resulting in increased teams and income• Served as staff lead for income development of Diamonds in the Water Gala (2008) and Diamonds in the Sky Gala (2009)
