Curriculum Development and Environmental Education: Worked closely with educators and digital content provider (Discovery Education) to design and implement instructional materials and assessments to support the environmental science curriculum for the county’s 10,000+ middle school students. The curriculum, developed in adherence with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), engages students through investigation to analyze human impact on the local environment and natural resources.Conducting Workshops, Outreach Programs, Instructional Coaching, and Inquiry-based Learning: Facilitated multiple workshops and professional development activities to train ~300 educators on student-centered practices, scientific inquiry, and digital tools/resources.Training and Technical Assistance: Oversaw the work of 2–3 educators on curriculum design, development, and implementation, providing training and technical assistance.Building Community Partnerships and Resource Development: Partnered with local organizations to create user-friendly resources and materials for educators, parents, and students.
