I am a second-year student at McGill University with an expected graduation year of 2027 and a multi-time finalist in McGill entrepreneurship competitions. I am pursuing a bachelor's in chemical engineering to complement the R&D dimension of my cleantech start-up: Plovr, which creates carbon capture technology for refractory producers. Competing in the Wharton Global Youth Program High School Investment Competition introduced me to coordinating teams and creating value from scratch, while being a Tae Kwon Do black belt and assistant instructor taught me how to lead without being a superior. From that foundation, I drew an unrelenting passion for entrepreneurship and large-scale, transformative creation. As a result, I founded Plovr with my brother and father in late 2022, before incorporating in July 2023 as a Quebec business corporation. Plovr Inc. is pre-seed and currently connecting with initial clients, obtaining external funds, and laying the foundation for product testing.
