CurrentHead of Small Business Banking Relationship Management team for the Mid- Atlantic region(VA, DC, MD, PA) (~4500 Clients)➤ Responsible for shaping the Relationship Management and Business Development strategies in the Mid-Atlantic region, with a primary focus on enhancing client relationships, driving loan and deposit growth, expanding non-interest income avenues, and fostering cross-functional referrals to bolster overall company objectives and revenue, spanning Wealth Management, Merchant Services, and Treasury Management➤ Serves as the ambassador for the bank across the Mid-Atlantic region, embodying the bank’s vision to become the preferred financial institution and a respected leader in the business community➤ Strategic advisor to leadership team on the management of the portfolio and financials, with deep industry, external / internal, enterprise knowledge, recognizing and anticipating emerging trends and identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities with other business management / enterprise areas➤ Define, spearhead, and implement a unified transformation strategy aimed at overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) to elevate bank revenue and enhance client experience, thereby cultivating a more efficient Mid-Atlantic Market presence
