YAMAL projectLead and coordinate the Telecommunication Systems engineering (FEED, Proyekt and detailed design) of the project, primarily for the LNG Complex but also in charge for the proactive management of the interfaces with the other Work Packages, namely Upstream and Marine Facilities.Ensure PLANT Telecommunications systems design consistency, optimization, operability and flexibility which implies interfaces management.Provide assistance/support to pre-commissioning and commissioning/start-up preparation teams.

Lead TELECOM ENGINEER:Provide appropriate discipline expertise for the relevant FPU Package.Ensure EPSCC preparation and execution is in compliance with Project Specifications and Procedures, Project referential, discipline requirements and Russian and international codes. Key objective is to ensure maintenance of the Schedule and to optimize Costs without impacting on the required levels of Quality and Safety.Develop long-term strategies, philosophies and goals for the Telecom discipline within the project.Participate in Contractors, Sub-contractor Vendors or Supplier pre-qualification and/or approval activities.Prepare and present technical dossiers related to the Telecom discipline.Assist Interfaces leader for all Telecom subjects related to FPU package interfaces.

Industrial project coordination : engineering, cost estimation , planning, resource management, monitoring facilities, installation and commissioning of projects related to DVB-RCS, IBS, VSAT, backhauling network activities.
