Developed and maintained sites running in ASP.NET and PHP for internal and external customers. Performed Apache and IIS administration along with basic DNS administration (created and maintained A records, CNAMES, SPF records, etc). Designed and developed an application utilizing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) to validate shipping addresses against UPS over XML. This application was used to verify customer shipping addresses were zoned correctly as commercial or residential addresses at point of sale to avoid unnecessary surcharges. Built a small application to allow external customers to create and manage their own promotions by autocreating coupons based on parameters they supplied. Designed and implemented an email marketing program. Wrote software in perl to aggregate data from our Email Service Provider (ESP) with Google Analytics data so we could correlate sales data with email delivery rates, bounce backs, etc. Implemented industry standard practices to ensure higher delivery rates (researched and created SPF records, double opt-in, maintenance of lists to ensure non-deliverable addresses were removed). Created migration scripts to move ASP.NET profile data to ubercart.

Designed and developed a multi-user data-mining application. It was designed using conceptual system analysis tools such as functional hierarchy diagrams, data flows, and entity relationship diagrams. Development was done in Visual Basic. ADO and the Windows API were utilized to maintain compatibility with Microsoft SQL Server, mySQL 4.1, and Oracle9i. This application is employed by the HFCC Learning Lab to collect data regarding usage of their services. Also created several reports based on this collected data using WebFOCUS. Additionally, created and implemented a migration procedure for converting old data for use with the new application and reports. Created a Java application for generating HTML code that supplies parameters to WebFOCUS reports from the end user. Evaluating several different development platforms to unify in house data collection software including Sun Java Studio Creator and Information Builders' Maintain.
