In my consulting career I applied my skills sets in various Industries and in various capacities which included:Economic feasibility studies , Industrial Engineering, Business Analysis,Integration Analysis, Enterprise Asset Management Implementations,Project Management,Training,Pre-sales and Management Consulting.I believe that the subject area of Enterprise Asset Management can be compared with Pandora's box containing many hidden treasures which needs to be unleashed.The value of these treasures are extracted through detail analysis, interpretation and defining action steps to address problem areas and implementing these steps following a continuous improvement approach.In my quest to establish a continuous improvement platform I am constantly seeking for new ideas which will enable companies to exploit the hidden information contained witin their systems which will enable them to make informed decisions.Thus my philosophy is that if you can measure you can act, otherwise you are blind and must follow your instincts, which will probably lead to failure.
