The project was managed in a Consortium with T-Systems who is the main contractor, Powertech IST (Maximo Core product) and Bytes Technology (Integration Middleware and Integration Solution) Was responsible for the development of the Maximo 7 KPI Start-Centers, definition and setup of Maximo 7 Security Profiles, Training of end users and general consultation activities.Setup Maintenance Planner Training Manuals and gave training to all Eskom Distribution Maintenance Planning Departments Nationally over a period of 4 months.Also did the Functional/Technical Design and Implementation of SDC (Structure Data Capture) application through which Eskom Distribution manage and maintain all Wood Poles used in the Distribution network. This project entailed:Capturing of all Wood Pole Asset DataDefining and Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance Schedules for Inspection and Maintenance work w.r.t.
