I am an experience Senior Project Manager in the Fit-out industry. I have extensive experience on numerous new builds, refurbishment & fit-out schemes across a variety of industry sectors including: Commercial, retail, healthcare, industrial & leisure. Having previously worked for a leading Construction Company, I hold a wealth of experience for CAT A & B fit outs. I have a great attention to detail which drives me to produce the highest quality of projects. I will hit the ground running on the management side especially when its a quick turnaround project.I am presently employed as a Senior Project Manager for Residential development for Flats. We are currently redeveloping office space into residential units. The current value of the project is around 16 million pounds where we are building 47 flats.My biggest project as Senior Project Manager, was in total value of £6m, where we did full demolition of office space and refurb the whole office space, WC’s, showers etc to top standards. I also did a £3m project as Senior Project Manager where we demolished the office space and build sound rooms, new office space and WCs rebuild.I see that the administration & Health and Safety within the site and site office is kept up to date. I regularly update the client/Design team with the standard RFI, CVI and various other administrative tools and let the team know of any changes with financial or non-financial changes. My daily duties also included Updating and Leading the Health & Safety standards according to site standard’s, Reviewing of Risk & method statements from thesubcontractors, Updating the construction Programme, chairing of site meetings, Updatingthe O&M’s for handover.The rest of my projects all varied between £1m – £2m range.I provide accurate and up to date information so that decisions are based on sound financial information.When it comes to site set up and presentation of the site office and welfare facilities, I do it with impeccable pride and I keep it maintained in a presentable manor.My experience and training will be a contributing factor to the success of any project I am introduced to.
