CurrentReporting to ZGH Group VP, navigate, coordinate and evaluate the motorsport activities planning and operation for all business units within Geely Holding Group.• Analyzing domestic and international race development, sporting, major teams, drivers, and sponsors,provide race planning advice and instructions for commercial value and performance advantage, establish on-going and new event objectives and project ROIs• During tenure, Lynk & Co Cyan Racing Team won the WTCR Team Championship for two consecutive years in 2019 and 2020, creating the best record in the history of a Chinese car brand in a world-class racing competition. At the same time, the domestic team Shell Teamwork Lynk & Co Racing won the TCR China Driver Championship in 2020.• Developed group-level communication strategy based on motorsport business roadmap, and develop annual communication plan for critical projects by leveraging resources within Geely group, together with marketing, PR to improve brand awareness and drive product sales. Implement key communication tasks and effective assessment for critical projects. Consolidate and maintain key media relationship• Conducted Geely’s own motorsport activity planning, operation and management, enhanced customer’s experience by analyzing on target group to generate insights and establish customer operation mechanism as long-term plan.• Built up project commercialization strategy and implement sponsorship program, established life-cycle partner management
