As a former international golfer, I played for the French national team before completing my military service at the Bataillon de Joinville, a unit dedicated to elite French athletes and was elected to the board of directors of the French Golf Federation. I received a full athletic scholarship to study in the United States, where I earned a degree in International Business.Returning to Europe, I joined Callaway Golf at their European headquarters in London and was sent to Madrid to expand the brand within the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Following four successful years, I decided to establish my own consultancy, helping golf infrastructures improve their growth and profitability. Later, I became a partner at Making Golf, a Madrid-based company specializing in organizing golf events and managing courses and academies. I further diversified my activities by founding and investing in green energy projects in Latin America, including biofuel production and copper mining. Additionally, I developed a residential project comprising 26 villas in Malaga (Mijas), southern Spain.Through these diverse experiences, I realized that just like athletes rely on a strong team to perform at their best, entrepreneurs need the right people around them to successfully lead their projects and avoid costly mistakes. This is what inspired me to create Sports Venture Capital, to help entrepreneurial-athletes succeed in business by giving them the tools, guidance, and support they need to thrive.
