During that period, I accomplished many various tasks related to Labour Law. Among other things, I led and contributed to several rounds of negotiations, applications and interpretations of the various collective agreements with various associations. I was a member, as a representative of the UMCM, on several joint Labour Relations committees. On a regular basis, I advised many administrative and academic executives on labour relations. I also participated in the affairs of the two University pension committees as a member and an observer. Among other special mandates, I participated actively and negotiated the implementation of a major reform of the job classification system at UMCM.
