I am a partner with GMBA Baker Tilly, a medium-size independent firm of registered auditors, chartered accountants and business consultants (12 partners, 150 associates, turnover of M€ 15). I was promoted to partner in 2007, having acquired extensive experience as a senior manager within the firm. I specialize in legal and contractual audit and head the audit service line of the firm. As an auditor, I have worked with clients operating in a variety of sectors ranging from industry, manufacturing and retail to aeronautics, telecom and charities. In addition to auditing, my fields of predilection include consolidation, mergers and acquisitions due diligence and valuation.
