Principal initiative - BACEN 4.734: I was the "chef" responsible for designing the architectural solution - using AWS services - and directing the team during the construction. With this initiative, we managed to modernize the platform of the product "Anticipation of Credit Card Receivables" (which used to run mainly on Mainframe) besides meeting the regulation.As a technical leader, I supported managers in decision making, enriched the team’s product backlog, made refinements, helped remove the team’s obstacles, and proposed technical solutions aligned with the architecture concerns like cost optimization, availability, scalability, disaster & recovery, monitoring, reusability, etc. During this time I worked actively as a mentor for the team concerning AWS services and software engineering good practices. Customer Rede – Initiative called “Thundera”: part of the team responsible for migrating the web customer portal to the AWS cloud platform, where all sales, payments, charges (etc.) transactions, which came from Mainframe, started to be stored in AWS DynamoDB tables, after posted on SQS queues and processed in Elastic Beanstalks Java jobs in and NodeJS Lambda functions, instead of being consumed directly through .NET WCF services, how it used to work. Other technical resources: Java/Spring APIs, API Gateway, and Angular5 front-end with a better "look and feel", usability, and accessibility. Besides reducing dramatically the response time (which well pleased the customer), we managed to replace the on-premises infrastructure that accommodated the legacy SharePoint portal, which was difficult to maintain.Customer Rede – Initiative called “Facelift”: interface and service improvements for better usability of the customer portal, to reduce cost concerned with Help Desk calls and also reach users with disabilities; partially migration of some legacy modules built in SharePoint to a microservice oriented architecture (NodeJS) and single-page application (AngularJS), minimizing the legacy interdependency and development environment infrastructure costs; Google GTM/Analytics integration to gather usability metrics.Some technical resources: AWS services (Beanstalk, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB), Java (Spring + Maven + JUnit), Angular (5 with TypeScript, and JS), NodeJS, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, MySQL, SQL Server 2012, Docker (for local environment, spinning up services like DynamoDB and Redis), SharePoint 2010/2013, Git and TFS, Jira (for Scrum control).

Responsible for the development and support of data processing apps for printed mail (i.e. payment slips, and custom letters). In charge of translating the lower app tiers written in Clipper (bar code generation and validation, for example) to C#.Net Windows Forms, becoming the first programmer to do it successfully in the department.
