Supported new model equipment development/installation/start up through the successful launch of 3 major model changes (CRV, RDX, MDX). Assisted with performing testing, inspection and installation of equipment, systems and structures. Assessed utility systems equipment failures and completed repairs. Performed preventative and break/fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural maintenance using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools. Design and fabricate structural assemblies for livestock control and building access.

Worked closely with the Quality Assurance department to evaluate parts that had been damaged or deemed out of specification for suitability of repair or replacement for the UH-72A helicopter. Produced engineering reports on issues that arose during the assembly process. Developed repair manuals used by assembly technicians and mechanics using research and calculations and modeled assemblies in Catia V4 and Catia V5 from part drawings.
