In my position as Training Coordinator of the Yamba SES unit, I developed and implemented training programs for new recruits as well as maintaining a regular training schedule for all staff at the unit and surrounding units. I am well versed in training procedures learning methods and educational theory. I enjoy putting this knowledge into practice and being able to see participants growth from the beginning of a program to completion. Due to Covid-19 training was downsized however programmes were implemented to facilitate this with contactless training using social media-based programmes. I was also part of the Learning Management System Administrators for over 50 members. This included distribution of pre-work information, communication between members and setup of online support and deliver post-session reports.

I am a Paramedic for Safety Australia Group working with Sydney Trains a New South Wales Government agency. I am responsible for the quick response to all medical incidents onsite and offsite. I provide a direct service to the public in general as and where required to ensure safe travel on all Sydney Traine Services. I work independently. Some of my duties include Incident Management, Incident Reporting and Safety Management. This however also includes Workplace Health and Safety concerns.

I have completed the S.W.A.T course(Special Weapons and Tactics) that gave me the skills to deal with most Emergency situation ranging from Hostage Situations to the use of several weapons and Emergency procedures.
