• Successfully developing a strategy that preserved terms and conditions of employment for 35 companies (Whitsunday Charter Boat Association members) by obtaining Federal Government approval to negotiate and establish a Multi Business Enterprise Agreement that was approved and is still in place and exempting the businesses from the provisions of the Marine Tourism and Charter Vessels Award 2010.• Developing a unique template enterprise agreement for the Real Estate Industry that covers all staff within the business and enabled the businesses to achieve savings. Approximately a 100 of these agreements are in operation in Qld only.• Acting as an advocate in a wage claim of $39,000 brought by DIR against a client and successfully defending the claim.• Advising/guiding clients through a process towards termination of employment and my advice being vindicated by Fair Work Commission at arbitration.

• Involved in the establishment of a National Petroleum Employers Association and contracted to perform secretarial and advisory functions for the National Petroleum Employers Association whose members include all the major Petroleum employers in South Africa such as BP, Blendcor, Caltex, Cera Oil, Castrol, Easigas, Mobil Petroleum, Mobil Refinery, Sasol Ltd., Sasol Oil, Sasol Synthetic Fuels, Shell Oil, Shellchem, Veetech, Total, Zenex (Esso). At the time the total number of employees was approximately 40,000.• Acting as an advisor for the Petroleum Industry for 7 years prior to leaving for Australia
