The position (IT Technician\ Consultant), entitled me to re-install older credit card machines, install new machines and train the merchants to use them. I also have to consult with merchants via mobile for trouble-shooting and the job requires me to travel to the merchants all over the Western Cape. SPM Resolve is still contracted to NEDBANK.

My duties were night auditing, planning and setting up function rooms, making sure my colleges are presentable and happy, giving the residents of the hotel the best service we can offer.
