Sustainable Lithium Cells Australia (SLCA) was founded to help close the loop on the lithium battery circular economy. As part of founding this company I have been responsible for developing technical proceedures and compliance documentation that are essential to the operation of the business.

I initially started as at OZ DIY as an Electric Vehicle Technician where I was designing, constructing and maintaining custom electric vehicles. After noticing the growing demand in industry for the work the business was carrying out I approached the owner about how we could best take advantage of this. This was completed over the course of 8 months alongside overhalling the project process from customer engagement and quoting to project and team management to be inline with more rigorous systems engineeering methods.
