Mr. Hodges, Doctor of Jurisprudence, is a Senior Counsel with Williams Companies, one of the largest energy companies in the United States.Mr. Hodges has over twenty years of in-depth experience in the energy industry as atransactional, acquisition, and project development lawyer. Mr. Hodges’s responsibilities includethe development of asset management arrangements and structured transactions, representingclients in major interstate pipeline expansion projects, liquifiednatural gas marketing agreements, and landfill bio-methane project development initiatives. Mr. Hodges also has extensive experience in regulatory law, bankruptcy law, and credit matters.Prior to joining Williams Companies, Mr. Hodges was an attorney with Southern Company Gas and El Paso Corporationwhere he focused primarily on interstate pipeline and midstream expansion projects, natural gasprocessing, and federal and state regulatory matters.Mr. Hodges holds a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law and a Bachelor of Artsfrom the University of Texas at Austin.
