Growing up amongst the vines in the gourmet capital of South Africa, Franschhoek sparked my interest in the wine industry. I started my studies at the Pinotage Youth Development Academy and then completed the Burgundy exchange program in France. I felt at home in the industry and at this point, I had the privilege to work at Solms Delta, Spice Route, and La Motte. I furthered my studies in tourism in Austria and complete my tourism management course. The Hospitality/Tourism industry helped shape me and it excites me as the industry continues to grow.
