As-built of site run high pressure 1” lines and redlining of any modification on boiler tubes. 100% fit up inspections on seam welds on converter panels and all high-pressure butt welds internal and with client and 3rd party inspector. 100% visual inspections on all welding done on site. Placing welders on specific jobs and ensuring all equipment is issued and in working order. Updating on welding and all piping progress. Witnessing of hydro static testing of converter panels and high-pressure piping. Witnessing of welder qualifications.

Compiling of civil data packs.Inspections on excavations internal and with client.Inspections on reinforcement and shutters before casting concrete internal and with client.Post concrete inspections after finishing internal and with client. PC Punch with plant and Engineers. Signing off PC’s.

Managing all contractors on site on behalf of the client. Populating spatial presentations for contractor site establishment and obtaining approval from client landowners, Emergency Management services and relevant Plant representatives. Site and site establishment audits with the client and contractors. Pre-populating PDA’s (Potential Deviation Analysis) for different contractor scope, arranging relevant client and contractor representatives to attend site walk and PDA meeting, facilitate PDA and ensuring all relevant signatures are obtained and workinformation is distributed to all parties attended. Signing onpermit to work at plant control room for contractors on site. Ensuring contractor employees follow safety standards on site and off site. Supervising of drilling and excavation of Geo-technical scope and ensuring safety standards is being followed. Supervising instrument/electrical As-building on live plant and ensuring contractor employees work safe and have the relevant PPE for the work being done. Arrange excavation permits and obtain all relevant signatures for approval. Site walks with client to identify scope to be done by contractor. Supervising 3D scanning work being done on live plant and pipe racks and ensuring safety procedures is being followed. Updating contractor’s progress to Client and Project Manager on a weekly basis. Review and approval of contractor’s daily diaries. Assisting with end of job handover to Client. Inspections of piping and mechanical work done by contractor on and off site. FOAK fit ups done by contractor. Witnessing of hydro-static pressure tests with AIA on site and lay-down. Review and NDE clearance of contractor’s data packs and procedures. Material identification with AIA for material to be use by contractor’s fabrication.

Fit up’s, visuals and dimensional checks after welding of carbon steel (A333, API-5L and A106), Red lining and AS-Built of ISO’s, Pre Hydro Punching of piping fabrication and installation on site, Review of Charts before PWHT, Witnessing of TC placements before Heat Treatment, Signing PWHT Charts during cycle, Final Review of charts after Heat Treatment, Witnessing hydro-static testing, Post Hydro Punching, Compilation of QC Data package and QC plan, Pack Review For NDE Clearance, Issuing COM after Fabrication.
