I have been with the hotel industry since 2012. I started to work as a waiter on hotels straightaway from my internship up to the date that I was hired on a cruise ship (Azamara Club Cruises) as a bar utility by 2014 and worked my way out to be a bartender. I believe that aside from my knowledge on the service industry, having a positive attitude and strong communication skills are my X factors that I can bring to the table.
