The incumbent is responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision in developing and implementing strategies, policies, processes and programs relating to the CIA’s people and culture practices. The director is also responsible for leading, directing and developing the procedures and activities around staffing, and the implementation of people programs to promote a healthy and engaged workforce. The incumbent is accountable for the delivery of the volunteer services’ operation plan and oversees and directs the activities this function. The director develops and implements membership related policies and practices and is responsible to resolve membership related issues as they arise. Show less
