I am an experienced researcher, collaborator, and consultant with exposure to Education, Race/Racism (DEI), and Program Management and Evaluation. I hold a PhD in the Educational Policy Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My scholarly interests reside mainly in the academic field of critical leadership studies and the emerging field of Black Educational Studies, particularly around how we should best approach the task of building 21st century leaders who “do good”. I have experience assisting in the teaching of undergraduate courses, as well as with assisting in research projects. I am currently working toward publication in peer-reviewed journals. My ultimate goal is to be in community with those committed to transforming the world around us.
