I worked for both the SW supermarket (Fengate) + SW superstore (Werrington) selling luxurious premium vehicles through to the first cars for young drivers. During my time there i have learned many great, great things and gained so many great attributes, such as patience, understanding customer needs, sales techniques etc.My days consisted off making sure the pitch was presentable for any sort of custom, making sure all my customers were 100% satisfied with the way they were approached, how they were dealt with, and if they bought, most importantly the after sales engagement and making sure I exceeded the customers expectations .As with everything, some days were certainly more challenging than others, however I took them within my stride, remained positive and looked for a solution to each situation.I’ve always had a passion for greeting and talking to new people and building relationships. I enjoy engaging in conversation with all types of the communities wether it be virtually or in real life, whilst at SW the majority of the communication was face to face during the sales process. However in order to secure deals, on the back end there was regular contact made and logged via email and telephone to make sure all the customers needs were met. The monthly sales targets were met consistently.
