Signing off time sheets and managing productivity.· Handle service and parts warranty related queries, compiling warranty reports and submission of warranty claims to the National service department.Plan parts for field service artisans as well as customer part sales, Follow up on lead times and source shorter turnaround times

In this role I was responsible for:· Assist customers with field service and parts related queries.· Open jobs, Plan and schedule field service work to be carried out, Communicate and delegate work to technicians.· Control work in progress and ensure that financial targets are met.· Generate quotations for parts and field service work to be carried out as well as assist customers with quotes for tender submissions.· Control cash sale account.· Plan parts to be ordered to ensure that fast moving stock is on hand, Monitor and maintain stock levels on vehicles. · Parts supply to Auto-Electricians as well as customer part sales, follow up on lead times and assist procurement with sourcing parts.· Compile Non conformance documents and submit credits to the accounts department.
