In my current role, I provide support to ensure that customer needs are met and be knowledgeable in customer’s engineering strategies and goals.This job entails coordinating, planning, and managing OT and IT monitoring and management infrastructure systems activities and projects, as well as coordinating with their respective life cycle team, for patching and vulnerability management. It also includes managing the infrastructure monitoring to collect data from servers and other components in a tech stack. Also responsible, to provides infrastructure Monitoring and Management support to ensure Policy and Standards requirements are met and knowing the IT and OT Life Cycle teams strategies and goals is essential.Finally, responsible for the life cycle management of Traffic management systems aims to support the National and Regional Air Traffic Management units to move aircraft safely and efficiently through the air navigation system.

Lead all aspects of planning, designing, developing, procuring, implementing, and managing a complex cybersecurity framework used for air navigation systems. Managed eight team members, including engineers, computer scientists, and technologists.Coordinate and provide third-party logistics support for the cybersecurity functions while overseeing project management, budgets, contractors, and other resources for systems assessment and testing as well as other related assignments. Among other responsibilities, I handle emergency planning and disaster recovery planning.

During this time, I directed design and development of the Common Hardware Integrated Platform (CHIP) as well as training and simulation systems, including leading implementation and lifecycle support. I also managed a system based on Cloud-based technology and Storage Area Network (SAN).

During this period, I was engaged to plan, design, procure/develop, implement, and support weather systems such as Automated Weather Observation System (AWOS), Human Weather Observation System (HWOS), and related subsystems and sensor systems. I served as a senior technical authority on weather systems while maintaining expertise of user concerns, requirements, and priorities as well as upcoming technology developments and implication of integrating changes systems-wide. I was tasked with leading a talented team of professional and technical specialists, including overseeing hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations. I also managed budgets for operating and labor costs.

In this role, I led the testing team in all phases of testing activities for Canadian Automated Air Traffic System (CAATS) mission-critical Air Traffic System. I managed planning, design, implementation, and reporting of test results for ATC system evaluations across Canada and the USA.
