This was a new service offered by the call center. Another service offered by the call center was to conduct telephonic interviews based on a set of questions. I designed, developed and implemented a system that could managed the whole process.One of the main reasons relocating to Johannesburg was to assist the Johannesburg office to prepare for a similar tender as that of the Cape Town office. This would be to setup a brand new call center in Johannesburg to provide information on public transport. I was instrumental in compiling the IT portion of the document. After submission, the tender was withdrawn and the department of transport in Gauteng decided not to continue with the project.My main responsibilities was to design, develop, support and maintain the applications being used in the call center.
