As a General Manager, I led several global Go To Market organizations and Global Business Units, according to different business models (projects, products or recurring services).As CEO of Motorola France, I managed Corporate activities during which I implemented its transformation in France (Headcount reduction, spin-off of Motorola Mobility and sale of Motorola Networks to NSN).Now, at AlixPartners, I support in-depth transformation or significant performance improvements for companies which need to enhance their bottom line or cash position in order to fuel future Investment.
