My professional life has been a series of challenges and changes.While remaining loyal for 29 years at the same company, I gained various experiences starting as a junior programmer and finishing as Director Administration and Operations (bodyshop, mechanical workshop and new car pre-delivery inspection line).If I have accepted these challenges (or have sometimes offered to meet them), it is not out of personal ambition. It is for pleasure to put some spice, to go out of the routine, not to fall into the trouble of a flat career (but comfortable) that leads us slowly to incompetence.I passed these last five years, to achieve some personal challenges. The latest is the takeover of a supermarket, in distress, the Valley of Aosta (without ever having learned Italian ...) and to bring it back to profit in order to that my girlfriend can take it in management. Goal achieved! Now I have to keep my promise and, with management rules and plans for continuous improvement set, to give up the reins.No, I am not a specialist in everything! I am the one who knows to listen to them, analyze the situation based on facts and take, if possible as a team, the right decisions that will help to lead the company, to which I am devoted, to success.The sum of these experiences gave me a strong client focus (internal and external), a high propensity to listen to others, an analytical mind as well as an ability to adapt immediately, to learn quickly and to coach others when I have to face and/or manage changes.
