*Setup country office in Maputo, Mozambique.*Submit all relevant documentation to “Ministro dos Negócios Estrangeiros e Cooperacão da Repúblicade Moçambique” to register entity as a registered NGO and legal entity to operate in Mozambique.*Open bank accounts in Meticais, US Dollar and Euro.*Registration for Income Tax, IRPS, IVA and INSS.*Monthly submission of IRPS and INSS.*Reconcile and submit the yearly IRPS reconciliation to the Mozambican Revenue Services.*Managing the monthly payroll and payment of salaries and wages.*Handling of all correspondence and queries with the Mozambican Revenue Services, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Education and Immigration Services.*Manage the whole process of applying and obtaining all work permits and residency permits (DIRE’s) for all expat staff.*Correspondence and maintaining a healthy relationship with the Ministry of Land, Environment and Rural Development (MITADER), donors, banks, lawyers, suppliers and the National Administration of Conservation Areas (ANAC).*Processing and payment of suppliers, comparing invoice value to allocated budgets and ensuring expenses stay within the allocated budgets.*Reporting quarterly to donors on how donor money was spend by providing reports comparing actual expenditure against budgeted expenditure.*Implementing administrative and financial procedures in the National Parks and performing monthly audits to ensure these procedures are followed.*Management of all PPF assets by maintaining up to date and accurate asset registers and making sure all assets are insured.*Managing the whole process of the importation of goods, assets and wild animals with Customs and paying all the relevant import duties and taxes.*Preparing of monthly management statements (Income-, Balance- and Cash flow statements).*Comparing actual figures with budgeted figures on a monthly basis and investigating variances.
