I am a Mechanical Engineer graduate, graduated with honours in 2023. My final year projects included the design of a prosthetic knee with passive damping with the idea in mind to target low cost applications and the research of functional tensile strength of ABS 3D printed specimens.The practical application of theory and engineering principles excites and energises me and using what I have studied to tackle real applications. I am currently employed at Lightweight Structures where I am involved in the design, manufacturing and testing of various composite components for an array of industries. My previous experience includes structural design verifications, structural integrity assessments, research and documentation of gear failure and risk assessments.
