• Owning queries & complaints through to resolution and track on Exel to follow up systematically
• Periodic CRM outbound calls with 20 existing clients on relation building and lead generation campaign
• Responsible for documenting and saving all team processes and procedures on SalesForce & Nexus in accordance with ISO9001.
• Implementing new BI reports to support management and sales on providing in-depth overview on existing customer info.
• Compiling and issuing Exel reports through BI that contribute and measure the business performance on periodical basis.
• Updating and accuracy of all customer information as well order processing in SAP, CDP and R3 as well as being the Key User for my department.
