I help clients resolve most forms of commercial legal dispute. I bring over 25 years'​ experience to my work and have dealt with most forms of commercial dispute whether through litigation or all forms of alternative dispute resolution.I enjoy working closely with clients to identify their key objectives and to develop and execute clear plans for achieving them, taking in to account the clients' requirements and resources.I also take particular care and interest in explaining to clients what are often complex legal issues in the most straightforward terms.Many of the issues I deal with arise from contracts. In addition to dealing with contractual disputes I deal with the negotiation of contracts. I find that my experience of contractual disputes provides a valuable insight in the process of contract negotiation, one objective being to avoid disputes or failing that to provide a mechanism for dealing with them as an alternative to litigation.
