Collaborated closely with process engineers, piping engineers, and civil engineers to meet the Technical Requirement Specification.- Installation Design: Developed comprehensive step-by-step instructions for the installation process.- Procurement Specification: Created the Bill of Materials and item specifications according to the design.- Missilanious: Prepared various documents, including Hydrostatic Pressure Test Dispensation, Preventative Maintenance Strategy, and Design Change Implementation Forms.Pre-installation:-Compiled the pre-installation documentation, including the Site Work Package, Work and Quality Control Plan, Permit to Work and Isolation Plan, Testing and Commissioning Plan, and Foreign Material Exclusion Plan.-Oversaw all the necessary packages for working at Koeberg Nuclear Power Station.Installation - During installation, acted as the responsible person for recommending safe isolations and securing work permits at Koeberg Nuclear Power Station- Effectively coordinated all subcontractors, including mechanical pipe fitters, scaffolders, laggers, and painters.- Facilitated seamless communication and collaboration with various client departments, including Nuclear Project Management, Mechanical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance Rigging, Permit to Work Office, and the Outage Control Centre.- Managed testing and commissioning processes and ensured a successful project handover.
