• All responsibilities mentioned above, thus if any of the personnel has a problem / difficulty, I have to resolve it. • My main activity is to oversee and help manage the shift.• Making sure that all equipment are in top working conditions and all defects reported, machines in use are reach trucks, forklifts , PPT’s, HHT’s, AMT’s.• I am also on Pick and Pay’s strike plan so I am a fill in for any strike during shift.• Reporting all departmental performances and issues per shift and SAP reports .• Run reports on SAP.• To manage inventory and outbound, to manage the loading of outbound and the staff of inventory.• Make sure the KPI’s of outbound and inventory is reach.• Resolve any issue during sift and report to Pick and Pay managers.
