I am an experienced and accomplished Sales Manager, specialising in Industrial and Technical Products. I have a documented success record in business development, customer service delivery, SLA agreement negotiations, managing corporate accounts and implementing customer retention strategies in a particularly difficult economic climate. I started my early career focused on the automotive industry, but quickly found my passion in Machinery and Equipment. My in-depth knowledge and applied technical expertise extends from high pressure valves and mining solutions to Hydro Power. I am intimately acquainted with manufacturing processes, gaining in-depth product knowledge and adding value to relationships with clients. I excel in finding unique and tailored solutions for clients’ growing businesses and take pleasure in Account Management, namely the process of client engagement, contract negotiation, product planning and delivery of solution, while building and maintaining client relationships.
