I consider myself to be a seasoned, results-driven leader with over 5 years strategic and operational management experience in both the private and government sectors focusing on project & operations management. In the August 2014 Council by-election I was voted in as DA Councillor for the Atlantic Seaboard, Cape Town, Ward 54 and continued within this role until my elected term was completed in August 2016. I have actively been involved in various community services such as the South African Police Force as Reservist, founder member of the Green Point Community Sector Crime Forum; member of the Green Point Ratepayers’ & Residents’ Association; Executive member of the Sea Point Community Police Forum; vice chair of the DA Atlantic Seaboard branch Ward 54 constituency; and chair of the DA Good Hope Constituency.
