• Support +/- 100 Users at head office. • Create, configure and Manage Virtual Machines for network servers using Hyper V Workstation, Server, Player and vSphere 4.0 (ESX Servers) with some of the core servers situated in Azure MS Cloud• Was responsible for patching of the MS environment dynamically and via WSUS.• Currently working onsite at Stellenbosch University as sys admin. The main purpose of the placement was to setup a monitoring server that can monitor the entire MS environment. -Did an full installation of Microsoft SCOM 2012 R2 with reporting capabilities.-Monitoring all physical server and server that was part of vm clusters. All hardware (CPU,RAM, HD Space) monitored.-Monitoring the university websites uptime and send notifications to needed user that need to action anything to resolve the problem.-Monitor all services incase of stalling or stopping service. -Application monitoring (IIS, Lync server, SQL, AD, Sharepoint, Exchange 2013)

Capitec bank – Title: End User Administrator• Support +/- 5000 Users and over 600 branches -Created new users on all platform and also did decommission of server and disable of user accounts as they resigned from the bank.-Supported branch user with their user account queries as regards to reset of passwords, account unlocks and editing of name or surnames. ‘-Maintained the telephony system of the bank for head office users.-As EUA we also ensured that all consultants’ details on the bank system match with the details on the server (Microsoft) for auditing purposes.Capitec bank – Title: Senior Technical support Agent• Support +/- 5000 Users and over 600 branches -As tech agent we did support for all branch.-Remote support via RDP or vnc software. -We support all for of hardware (PC, printers, finger print readers and POS devices) -As the support centre if as the device was of no use anymore we had to log all branch hard replacements. We were also involved in installation projects eg. New branch setup and software upgrades. -We also gave support to remote mobile users who would be doing business for the bank in a remote area.
