As business improvement coach I participated in a number of improvement projects in large, medium and small industrial companies. Most of these projects are focussed on improving the business by improving operational and tactical control, based on my knowledge and experience in the fields of logistics, supply chain management, Cash Flow Approach and the Theory Of Constraints (Eli Goldratt).I teach this applicable knowledge in in-house company courses, and as guest teacher in courses in universities.I have a background in Operations Management and Information Engineering.All this knowledge and experience serves me well at Every Angle Software Solutions bv, where I am Director of the Every Angle Academy (please check www.everangle.com).Every Angle is a very powerful and fast to implement add-on on SAP/R3, that supports managers in operations decision making based upon the SAP R/3 goods flow information. The recent acquisition of Every Angle by Magnitude offered me the possibility to spend more time on the research on one of my favourite topics, (Mis)Alignment in companies. In our experience we saw Mis-Alignment often cause significant time losses and costs within companies. We also know that something can be done about it. That's why we founded AVMK Research, to do some more research and to start writing a book on Mis-Alignment, the problem, the cost, the cause and the cure.
