Global Head Of IamAxa Mar 2015 - Apr 2018Paris, Fr, FrAs of April 2015 my job is now full-time centered around the IAM (Identity & Access Management) activities I started in 2013. Those 2 first years demonstrated that it was technically, financially and governance-wise possible to define, build & deploy shared IAM solutions across AXA Group. As such my update mission is to expand the scope of those shared IAM solutions, both by enriching the solution catalog and by deploying in more countries. To be succesfull I need to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders: CIO's of AXA Entities across the globe, DIGITAL Officers, Security Officers, AxaTech regions, SaaS providers, key SW vendors and more. The dedicated team is 50+ highly-skilled persons and growing. The challenge is exciting: 40+ countries, about 200,000 B2E identities, more than 600,000 B2B and about 100,000,000 of customers (B2C). All this requires innovative solutions and innovative methods to successfully deploy those solutions; by all means much more than a classic IAM challenge! -
Global Head Of Cross-DomainsAxa Jul 2012 - Apr 2017Paris, Fr, FrOn this challenging position within AXA Group I'm managing 3 main scopes:- Cross-Domains Architecture, Technology Governance and Programs: this encompass all activities not managed within one of the 5 Technology Domains we have + the Enterprise Architecture dimension on the Infrastructure layers + managing a small team of global Program Managers.- IAM: this scope is about creating and managing a global Center of Excellence that designs and operates shared IAM services consumed by a majority of entities within AXA Group.- The DCT Program: designing and preparing the migration plans toward our target "Dynamic, SW defined and Cloud-integrated" DataCenter environment for the 5 geographies. -
