TRUSTANA Vietnam is a Logistics and Freight Forwarding company specializing in niche markets such as Multimodal Transport, Time-Critical Logistics, Cross-Border E-commerce, and Transshipment Solutions.Being a Marketing Specialist at Trustana is my first office job ever. Apart from the joy of getting first-hand experience and learning from my supportive seniors, my responsibilities at Trustana include:- Develop and implement external marketing strategies to promote our services to customers, and partners- Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation and engagement with followers- Create, develop, and manage commercial materials, including presentations, brochures, and videos- Provide marketing support to sales and customer service teams as needed- Attend industry trade shows and events to promote our services and build relationships with potential customers and partners

As a member of the Communication department, my main responsibilities are:- Run marketing campaigns on the social media accounts of the association- Brainstorm ideas and collaborate with the Design sub-department to create social media content (Facebook & TikTok)- Organize and partake in major events held by School of Trade and International Economics (NEU)

𝗧𝗘𝗗𝘅𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗕𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹: 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗸 is a licensed project by TEDx in Thai Binh province, Viet Nam. Inspired by the core missions of TEDx, we - a group of students from Thai Binh Gifted High School (CTB) - have set out to organize a TED-like event. We still stand by TED’s slogan “Ideas worth spreading” and place great emphasis on the sharing of ideas through conversations, thereby creating values for and connecting more young people.As the sub-leader of the Content-Design Department, my responsibilities include:- Plan and write scripts (talk samples) for the guest speakers at the main event- Create a timeline and run communication campaigns about the event on social media platforms of CTB Event- Assign tasks to other members of the department and track the project progress

As an SEO writer for Tigren, my main tasks are:- Write organic and high-quality content that is optimized for search engines, mainly articles on E-commerce tools and platforms for online businesses- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity and accuracy
