People Management- Plan, implement and monitor agreed sales plan and activities in accordance with overall Sales team objectives- Ensuring effective manpower management within the sales team.- Recruitment of quality Financial Advisers - Conduct effective, on-site supervision of the Financial Advisers.- Conduct regular and effective individual review meetings with each Financial Adviser within the Sales Team - Leading weekly sales meetings with the team and individual Financial Advisers- Successfully and effectively manage all performance management issues.Financial Management- Manage the expense budget for the sales team to remain within the agreed expense budgets- Provide monthly detailed Expense Reports.- Drive the achievement of the profitability and efficiencies within team.- Ensure adherence within allocated mandateSales Growth and Market Development- Successful implementation of the team and branch’s set and agreed business plan - Action, monitor and report on progress and or risks in the successful achievement of the team’s business plan and objectives- Drive marketing and sales initiatives in the sales team to help Financial Advisers identify and penetrate new markets - Ensure the effective fulfillment of sales through management of the premium collection processesRisk and Compliance- Ensure all relevant legislation is adhered to.- Ensure all regulatory requirements and agreements are adhered to- Ensure Financial Advisors comply with a FAIS compliant Sales process.- Ensure Financial Advisors achieve required FAIS level accreditation- Conduct regular compliance audits on every Financial Adviser’s business- Prioritise the resolution of all customer related queries and respond within agreed timeframesSales- Achieve specific and agreed Sales and business quality targets- Daily monitoring of sales targets actual and implement effective corrective measures to close gaps and mitigate potential risks of non-achievement

Function as a Industry specific specialist with regards to the behavior change programsAct as client liaison in the preparation and scoping of planned behaviour business Preparation of proposals, project cash flow and profitability in accordance to agreement. Facilitate Project plan signing off and site strategy establishment. Complete and submit recruitment and resource requirements to support servicesConduct Training of Client EXCO, Steering Committees and Process ChampionsProvide guidance during perception surveys and do feedback presentation.
