Perform daily welding inspection routines and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections ((UT, PT, MT, VT) and apply the testing criteria in accordance with codes, standards, procedures, contractual documents, among others.Calibrate, operate and maintain testing equipment.Supervised and audited welding procedures, ensuring compliance with standards, and led inspection teams to maintain the quality and safety of welding operations.Perform coating inspections using both nondestructive and destructive techniques and instrumentation, ensure compliance with coating specifications, write reports, and led inspection teams to maintain the quality and integrity of coating operations.Evaluate components and final products against quality standards and manufacturing specifications.Accompany the client or their representative during inspections and audits, providing the necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with specified requirements.Assist relevant departments in conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve defects, thereby improving quality standards.Manage and monitor the implementation of Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).Contribute to maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification.Manage the quality records in accordance with the Inspection and Testing Plan.
