Development, structuring, partnership set-up, documentation and marketing of ENERGETHIC, a €150 millions closed-end infrastructure fund targeting to invest equity and subordinated debt into European wind farms and large solar power plants. This investment proposal was an attractive alternative to low yield bonds for Swiss pension funds. The Fund was co-advised by a highly experienced adviser who had financed EUR 1 billion of such assets in Europe over the last 5 years. The fund raising has been stopped by end of January 2014.
