From drop off / pickup points in Japanese metro's to device replacements within 20 mins in markets. Implemented various ways of working with multiple 3PL warehousing partners. Implemented and guided meeting structure in various markets to align information sharing to the central organization. Rolled out KPIs and metrics to create "one pager" for the central reporting (especially during Covid) due to loss of sales in traditional outlets. Finding new and inventive ways of adhering to legislation in last mile and order fulfilment. Next to Supply Chain focus consulted in execution of S&OP process and structure implementation. Focusing on Demand review and Supply review. Adapted the cadence of these meetings to the flexibility needed in the forecasting and required agility in execution.- Consensus meeting became the major meeting to discuss Supply and Demand imbalances and created scenarios to be signed off in S&OP meeting to clarify where and when product would be available and match expectations between Sales and Operations.
