CurrentTesting, Evaluation, Data Reduction, and Analysis• Perform component and systems testing on xerographic modules to establish nominal parameter definitions.• Write, perform tests and analyze resulting data employing DfLSS methods and practices.• Microfocus radioscopy analysis of prototype and production hardware.• Perform fixture level tests on prototype hardware, inks and toners.• Perform systems level tests on production hardware, inks and toners.• Perform component failure analysis.• Problem identification and solution implementation.• Maintain test machines, labs and equipment.• Repair hardware/electrical failures on test designs.• Benchmarking studies to better understand how products fare versus competitor’s products.• Document work through oral presentations and technical reports.Fixture Design and Support• Single point data acquisition specialist for machines in multiple countries supporting multiple programs.• Interact with customer to understand the requirements of systems or subsystems, propose solutions, procure the correct components and build, wire, test and debug the fixture on time, on budget while meeting all quality requirements.• Design PWB’s and/or create breadboards for fixture control in conjunction with wire routing, harnessing and connections. • LabVIEW programming developing and implementing complex data acquisition, control, and vision systems.• Create wiring diagrams and user manuals for fixtures enabling the customer to train new users and make any necessary repairs.• Manage operations of system test fixtures and make required upgrades and improvements.• Improve code to take advantage of technological advances in LabVIEW and hardware.• Cost reduction utilizing Arduino and Arduino-compatible boards.• Travel to customer sites to deliver, modify, and support fixtures.• Machine configuration control and fixture code management.
