To manage, deliver and develop creative, innovative and sustainable services for older people in line with organisational strategy. Lead the project management of local / national projects

Develop and implement a business plan and resource plan with key milestones and complete associated risk management processes for Advice and Advocacy service and Handyvan service;Maintain the right culture, skills, knowledge and experience within the team to deliver on the business plan;Maintain delivery of performance management and people development processes across the team, including own management team and direct reports;Engage with regional level organisations at a strategic level to manage relationships, influence programmes and strategies to the benefit of older people with particular reference to service development;Identify gaps and trends in service provision and market failure to translate into new service development within organisational and departmental plans and influencing external agencies;To develop systems and processes which ensure accurate and up to date records are maintained and that reports and follow-up actions are completed within agreed guidelines and timescales;Establish quality assurance systems and process to define service levels standards and targets and meet or exceed these.Actively seek to identify ways to achieve continuous improvement Manage an effective and confidential system for service delivery Support the development and implementation of effective marketing plan to grow the Advice and Advocacy service to support 30,000 older people in NI;Support the integration and / or collaboration of charitable services with commercial services including Handyvan / community alarms and Advice / enterprises.
